We currently offer the standard delivery option for the following shipping rates

Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary – 5,90 euro.   Free shipping on orders over 59 euros.

Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain – 9,90  euro.   Free shipping on orders over 99 euros.

Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia and Liechtenstein Netherlands, Sweden – 16,90 euro.   Free shipping on orders over 149 euros.

UK – 25 euro. Free shipping on orders over 250 euro

This a standard option with delivery within 2-3 working days.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be calculated as if the order had been placed the next day.  That is if an order is placed for example on Monday until 12.00, then the order will be delivered within 2-3 business days including the day of receipt of the order which is Wednesday or Thursday. If an order is placed after 12:00, then the order will be delivered on Thursday or Friday.

We deliver daily, except on weekends and holidays. If your order has not been delivered within the specified time, please contact us as soon as possible. Additionally, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

We do not deliver your order to PO Box addresses. In hospitals or office buildings, your order will be delivered to the front desk. You must use an address where you know the recipient or another person who will be available. The chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you store chocolates in too warm or humid conditions, you run the risk of a dusty gray residue forming on their surface. The expiration date is always indicated on the packaging of our products.

Your order will always be carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with products protected by an air cushion to prevent the chocolate product from moving during shipping.

Delivery from the Czech Republic. We pay special attention to the quality and taste of our pralines and recommend ordering pralines in a special insulated box with a smoothing insert for an additional cost on hot summer days. The total shipping cost will be updated soon. Refrigeration is an additional service, the purpose of which is to ensure optimum conditions for the chocolates during transportation. Keeping the temperature inside the package can be achieved with the help of a cool pack, which contains a chemical substance (environmentally friendly) enclosed in a plastic wrap that lowers the temperature for several hours in a special insulating box. This optimizes the temperature inside the package during delivery.
